Wednesday, January 22nd, you can attend the Campbell River/Quadra Island Men's Shed Information Meeting at the Museum at Campbell River.

The Men's Shed Association of BC and members of the Comox Men's Shed will talk about Men's Sheds and their purpose, how some of the almost 70 BC Men's Sheds got started and if there seems to be a fit, how to start one in your neighbourhood. We are here to help.
Everyone who is interested in Men's Sheds is welcome to this meeting.
Men's Sheds are all about men's health and wellbeing, the alleviation of loneliness and isolation and antidote for depression and PTSD. Men Helping Men to become part of the solution rather than the problem. A welcoming place for all men. Doing something purposeful with friends. It's from 10:30am-12pm and is free to attend.
