Saturday, October 26th, check out a Repair Café & Garage Sale at the Willow Point Sportsplex in Campbell River.
It’ll be a community-driven event that combines sustainability with shopping! Contribute to environmental conservation while discovering hidden treasures at bargain prices. If you have electrical appliances, household items, power tools, jewelry, clothes or other items that need to be fixed, seasoned volunteer fixers will attempt to repair them for free. At the garage sale, showcase your gently used goods & connect with eager shoppers looking for unique finds. It’s from 9:30am-1pm & free to attend, and they’re looking for volunteer fixers with knowledge or willing to help the community fix anything from electronics to textiles & more. Reach out to Recand.Culture@campbellriver.ca if you’d like to volunteer as a fixer.
Garage Sale Vendors: reserve your spot today! 10' x 10' spaces: $20 per space. Two tables provided.
Repair Café: Items must be carried in by the owner. If you can carry it, you can bring it!
