Something very special is coming to Downtown Courtenay this October. Get ready for Blue Toque Sports Winter Stokefest Ski & Snowboard Festival, a jam-packed two-day celebration of our Island ski community.
Events kick off on Friday night, October 21, with ski movie premieres and an après ski party at Gladstone Brewing Co., featuring a ski fashion show hosted by Mt. Cain. DJ name is DaZM will be performing from 8pm to close.
Saturday, October 22, will be a full day of events, including a gear swap, rail jam, three movie screenings, DJ DaZM will perform outside the rail jam, playing a blend of melodic deep house to guarantee to get your feet moving. There will also be an after-party at the Native Sons Hall, with 100% of all drink sales proceeds benefiting the Cumberland Community Forest Society.
