Costumed for Candy Contest

Enter for 2 different $100 Gift Baskets from Rocky mountain Chocolate in Courtenay

1.) Send us a picture of you, your kids or pets in costume!

OR

     2.) Enter in person at their store in the Crown Isle              Plaza by going in and saying "Tick or Treat" to    get an in person ballot!

Contest Dates: The contest runs from October 14th to October 25th, 2024.

How to Enter: Tune in daily for your chance to win or enter in store! No purchase is necessary.

Eligibility: Open to all residents of British Columbia who have reached the age of majority (19) by October 1st, 2024. A valid Canadian Government-issued photo ID will be required to claim the prize.

Prize Details:

Winner(s) of each draw will receive one (1) Chocolate Gift Basket valued at $100, provided by Rocky Mountain Chocolate.

Winner Information:
Winners’ names and details will be shared with Rocky Mountain Chocolate to reserve their gift basket for pick-up.

Pick-Up Location:
Gift baskets can only be picked up at Rocky Mountain Chocolate inside the Crown Isle Plaza in Courtenay.

Pick-Up Deadline:
All gift baskets must be picked up by October 30th, 2024.

Pick-Up Instructions:
Visit Rocky Mountain Chocolate inside the Crown Isle Plaza in Courtenay and provide your full name to receive your gift basket.

Product Disclaimer:
The Raven is not responsible for any discrepancies, defects, or issues related to the gift basket once it has been picked up.

Prize Conditions:

• The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. It cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• Gift baskets that are not picked up by the deadline will be forfeited.

Media Use:
By participating in the contest, entrants grant The Raven permission to use their name, image, and recorded media for promotional purposes indefinitely without additional compensation.

Contest Modifications:
The Raven reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest rules at any time without prior notice.

Chances of Winning:
The odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received each day.

Indemnification:
By entering, participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Raven and Rocky Mountain Chocolate from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from their participation in the contest or the acceptance and use of the prize.

Limitation of Liability:
The Raven and Rocky Mountain Chocolate assume no liability for:

• Late, lost, misdirected, or undelivered entries or communications.
• Any issues or errors related to hardware, software, telephone, internet, or human factors that may affect the transmission of entries or the administration of the contest.
• Any changes, modifications, suspensions, or cancellations of the contest for reasons beyond their control.
