The Cops for Cancer Tour de Rock 2024 wraps up in Victoria today.
Law enforcement & emergency services personnel started their journey in Port Alice on September 21st, covering 1200 kms across Vancouver Island raising money for childhood cancer research and support services at the Canadian Cancer Society.
Donations are used to fund life-saving pediatric cancer research and caring support programs like Camp Goodtimes.
Keeley Deley with Comox Valley RCMP is taking part and has raised nearly $30,000.
Deley is listed as one of the top three fundraisers.
Chris Seeley from Campbell River is also taking part.
Almost $550 thousand has been raised so far on this year’s ride.
