                                    Bat Week is now underway.
The international celebration is held each year from October 24th to 31st to raise awareness about the need for bat conservation.
The Town of Comox is hosting a free Bat Chat with local biologist Tim Ennis this afternoon from 4pm to 6pm at the Comox Community Centre.
Ennis will share his knowledge and passion for bats and shed light on their vital role in the ecosystem.
As a designated Bat-Friendly Community, the Town of Comox says it is committed to protecting bats and their habitats.
The Bat Chat with Tim Ennis is a drop-in event, open to all.
