BC Corrections Issues A Public Safety Notice About Violent Sex Offender Moving To Campbell River

BC Corrections has issued a public safety notice about a violent sex offender moving to Campbell River.

Campbell River Crimestoppers shared the news yesterday.

Tyson Jerome Andrew is described as a high-risk violent sex offender with a lengthy criminal history.

He has convictions for sexual assault and is deemed a “significant risk” to women.

The 31 year old has to stick to a 10pm curfew, is ordered to stay away from drugs and alcohol, and have no close or intimate relationships without informing his probation officer.

Anyone who witnesses Andrew violating the terms of his release is asked to call RCMP at 250-286-6221.
