The City of Campbell River’s online hub where residents pay property taxes, licences, parking tickets and utility fees, went temporarily offline on Thursday.
Staff are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible, and the City apologizes for any inconvenience.
Residents looking to access these services are encouraged to email Finance@Campbellriver.ca, call 250-286-5715, or visit City Hall, at 301 St Ann’s Road. An update will be shared when online services resume.
