The Comox Valley Airport is bringing back Comox Valley Arts for the winter season, featuring new works by local artists based on the theme of Mindful Travel.

The exhibit opens Thursday and will run til mid-April.

Mindful Travel showcases artworks in a variety of media from artists across the region.

Airport CEO Mike Atkins says global tourism has great economic benefits but comes with the duty to manage it responsibly and sustainably. He says the team at CV Arts has done a wonderful job in curating this collection.

For those unable to attend in person, the works may be viewed on the Airport’s website.

And if something really catches your eye, most works are available for sale by contacting CV Arts or via the artist directly.
