Advanced polls are open today as voters elect a new councillor for the Village of Cumberland.

Another advanced voting opportunity will take place Wednesday, September 18, 2024, before voting day on Saturday, September 21, 2024.

A byelection is being held to replace Jesse Ketler, who stepped down in June after 10 years on council.

Residents can vote today - and next Wednesday - from 8am to 8pm at the Cumberland Council Chamber on Dunsmuir Ave, beside the Village Office.

You’ll need to have two pieces of ID in order to vote.
