Community members now have less than a week left to provide input in the Comox Valley Regional District’s Parks and Trails Strategic Plan process.
The plan will guide how the CVRD plans for, manages, and invests in developing the new Regional Parks and Trails system over the next 20+ years.
Until October 15th, you can view the final draft and add input ahead of the final Strategic Plan, to be ready this fall.
Cumberland Mayor Vicky Brown, also the Chair of the Regional Parks and Trails Committee, says it has been exciting working through the development of the service with all of those involved over the last year.
“We look forward to finalizing the plan this fall and implementing this strategic plan to benefit conservation and recreation opportunities in our region for years to come,” she said.
