A pair of information sessions will take place today in Cumberland for residents to learn more about the long-term plan for wastewater management in the Village.
The Liquid Waste Management Plan maps out critical next steps for the Wastewater Upgrade Project.
Work on the final stages of the plan is to be complete by the end of the year and is largely focused on finalizing the intensive planning work of earlier stages: completing the environmental impact study and completing the operational certificate process for wastewater management into the future.
Two sessions, each covering the same material, are being held in Council Chambers.
The first this afternoon from 4:45pm to 5:45 pm and the second tonight from 6:00pm to 7:00pm.
An online engagement page has also been created at Engage Comox Valley.
