As part of the Comox Valley Sewer Conveyance Project, the Comox Valley Regional District is closing the intersection of Beaufort Avenue and Port Augusta Street for two days, today and tomorrow.

Work will take place from 7:00 am until 8:00 pm, weather permitted.

The CVRD says it will not be possible to travel through the intersection during construction. Access will be restricted to local residents and businesses within the construction zone.

Residents of 137 Port Augusta, staff of the Harbour Authority, visitors to the Blackfin Pub, and clients for the offices at 1757 Beaufort Avenue are directed to travel via Nordin Street.

Visitors to the Comox Marina Park, please use the parking lots accessed via Wilcox Street.
