The weather of late is making a local fundraiser hit close to home.

The LINC Youth Centre's Youth Council continues with its cold weather clothing drive.

LINC is partnering with Comox Valley Housing on the venture, looking for hats, mitts, touques, thermal underclothes, blankets, tents and sleeping bags.

Donations will be given to the most vulnerable in our communities.

Drop off new or gently used donations to the LINC Youth Centre, 300 Old Island Hwy, Courtenay, during drop off hours.

They will be accepting donations until next Friday, December 30th.
