The Comox Valley Regional District continues to roll along with drop-ins for residents to review emerging directions for its Regional Parks and Trails Strategic Plan process.
Feedback will help shape how the CVRD plans for, manages, and invests in new regional parks and trails over the next 20+ years.
The CVRD received input from interest groups and partners in phase one that helped shape the directions for a plan. It is now sharing those ideas with the community, to listen to new ideas, and understand what the community wants to see in terms of parks and trails in the future.
Tuesday, January 29, 2024, they’re meeting at the Union Bay Community Hall from 430pm to 630pm.
They’ll be at the Comox Community Centre tomorrow, again from 430pm to 630pm.
There are also a couple more opportunities next week, along with a virtual session on February 8th.
A community survey is open until February 19th, available both online and in hard copy at open house events.
