There will be a full road closure on Vermont Drive, between Utah Drive and Colorado Drive, Tuesday from 7am to 3pm.
The closure is for a water service repair. Traffic controls will be in place, and local access will be available.
Work to pave the intersection at 16th Avenue and Petersen Road continues today and tomorrow.
Work began Friday, with intermittent delays.
Tuesday and Wednesday, May 21 and 22, there is a full intersection closure from 7am to 3pm. Detour routes are marked.
The City of Campbell River says the Asphalt Overlay Program is an ongoing initiative aimed at maintaining, repairing, and extending the lifespan of existing roadways.
