An information fair on social services takes place Friday at Spirit Square in Campbell River.
The Campbell River & District Coalition to End Homelessness (and the Campbell River Community Action Team are teaming up on the event.
The two groups say it is an opportunity for people to learn more about some of the social services and organizations that are working in Campbell River.
Stefanie Hendrickson, Coordinator for the Coalition to End Homelessness says housing insecurity is a significant concern in the community, and across the province.
The Care and Connect Resource Fair - which starts at 10am in Spirit Square - is an opportunity to simply learn more about the people and organizations that are working to support people with social challenges, like housing, mental health, and substance use.
